Jason currently serves as First Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 54th Judicial Circuit. He has been a prosecutor since graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2001. As an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, Jason has prosecuted thousands of felony cases from indictment through final disposition in Circuit Court- including property, financial, drug, sexual assault, elder and child abuse, violent crime, and homicide cases. He has also represented the Commonwealth in the Boone/ Gallatin Drug Court program since its inception in 2007.
