Our office prosecutes felony cases which occur in Boone and Gallatin Counties, the state’s fourth largest judicial circuit. These cases include homicide, robbery, assault, burglary, sexual assault, theft, drug related offenses, and many others. The cases we prosecute are investigated and brought to us by the Boone County Sheriff’s Department, Florence Police Department, CVG Airport Police, Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department, Warsaw Police, and the Kentucky State Police.
Our office works with numerous local agencies and teams including the Northern Kentucky Children’s Advocacy Center, NKY Violence Prevention Taskforce, Boone County Fire Chiefs Association, and others to ensure the protection of the citizens of Boone and Gallatin Counties. Our goal is to work to maintain public trust in prosecution and the criminal justice system.
